Solid, tasty food. It was great to have something that felt nutritious and fresh. Appreciate the owners' commitment to sustainability across the board (i.e. the compostable dishware and compost as well as the vegan and locally sourced food). Dessert was also yummy!

I have been a vegetarian since 2009 and this was the best vegetarian meal I had in a restaurant! My friend also really loved her meal. And the carrot cake was perfect, not too sweet.

Delicious. Aside from not having any signs on the display case items, the food is wonderful. Very tasty. I will be back, but I will study the menu in advance. The French toast is dense and healthy with sliced apple and banana toppings and is best with the optional maple syrup! The blondie and oat bar were great. Took the banana pie home.

What a gem! It was hard to choose an item from their delicious menu. The flatbread, food and green tea were winners today. Fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, even helping me with some tips for homemade gluten-free tortillas. I'm happy to have found this place and in such a beautiful setting. This will be a regular stop for me.

Love the food, and the owners are nice people. If you want fresh plant based food, this is the place to dine. They change the menu every week. You will want to dine at least once a week. Erin and Chad continue to surprise me with their menu options. I recently had the Pad Thai Buckwheat Tacos. Three housemade wheat-free buckwheat/oat tortillas filled with tamarind roasted vegetables, red lentil scramble, pureed sweet potatoes, green onions, and cilantro cashew cream. Yeah, I had to pull the ingredients together from their website. Check out this place even if you aren't vegan.

One of the best vegan restaurants in country hidden away in Gilbert, AZ! One of my favorites after only a few visits. What a find and what a gem from start to finish. If you want to eat well, feel well and be well. Give this place a try and thank myself every other five star review on here. Whole food plant based and fun for mind, body and spirit. We went three days straight and wished we could do three years. Proverbial needle in a haystack. Well done and such a cute couple that run it. If this type of food was in every town, not only would the country be eating better, they would feel amazing. None of that post meal regret of saying why did I eat that, only a desire to come back tomorrow. Big thanks to The Uprooted Kitchen for knocking it out of the park. Forgot to take more photos as wasn’t planning on a review. But took a few.

Amazing food, owners, and atmosphere – you can't ask for much more! The food is healthy, nourishing, and so delicious, all crafted from scratch. And their desserts look absolutely incredible too. You really can't go wrong with anything you choose here. I'll definitely be coming back.

We tried out Uprooted Kitchen this morning and really enjoyed it. If you're looking for vegetarian, vegan or just really high-quality food, this is a great option. I believe it is family owned, which always adds an extra point for me.
